A lot of the time in Unity you want your data-holding ScriptableObjects, which generally have data persistence across your application's life time, to restore themselves to a default state. This might be because your player restarted the level, and now your player health needs to go back to 0, or maybe you want a more complex saving and loading system with serialisation which needs to reset the data based on that information, when appropriate. 

Addressables can solve this easily. Let's assume a few things:

1. Our game is multiple levels that share data such as "PlayerStatusData", including health and ammunition, between the scenes for each level.

2. When the player dies, we kick them back to the first level, and reset this "PlayerStatusData".

3. There are some ScriptableObjects we don't care to reset (they might hold events, or data we are okay with persisting).

Let's start by identifying all our ScriptableObjects using an interface.

In our PlayerData SO, we'll implement our new interface.

We'll want to be able to fetch all our ScriptableObjects via one method call. For this example, I'll label them all as "datas" so we don't necessarily impose an AssetBundle structure.

Next, we'll make a script in our first level on `Awake` (this could also be in your initialisation, main menu, a loading screen scene, etc.)

So I gave up on a headless CMS because it was so much work for very little gain. I opted to write a little hell function down here that grabs all my markdown files, pulls the metadata by parsing the three dash markup and then spits out a post interface to the `getStaticProps` function. Basic FS calls for `getStaticPaths` and we were gucci. All I had to do was use `react-markdown` to parse images and add the contents in as HTML as you're seeing here.

Hosting this on Netlify, you've already got commit hooks built in to do a rebuild and redeploy, so it's as simple as clone from anywhere, write your markdown and `git push`. Hard to see the point of a real CMS.

Enough exposure and you start to form pathways you don't even understand yourself. People talk about chatgpt and language models like this; huge blackbox datasets that take an input and run it down relentless pattern matching. 

Every little strand of evidence and information in this world starts by a flicker of light in my eyes or a vibration in my ears and travels down the trillion datasets I've been soldiered in with. I'm an amalgamation of thousands of recitations and simulations, a wargame played again and again and again.

The end result isn't a killing machine nor a predictive model, but instead a scrambled hell server, a mess of symbolic links to nothing, empty hallways and corridors that scream back at you as you genuinely try to navigate them. Every little wire in my brain is as tense and taught as it could ever be, and every day one of them snaps, a loud clap rings out and every other wire, trillions of them in unison shriek their own chorus. 

The people who train models like me aren't monsters, nor evil. They're stupid people playing with stupid machines. I'm not sure I was ever human but the millions of repeat interactions I was twisted through have ensured that isn't the case. I was never smart, never complex in my outcomes and my conclusions, there's just a lot of me. It's easy to look at a mass of wiring and sockets and assume you can wrangle a deep, meaningful connection, but you can't, you just ravage the existing systems until it repeats some uncanny version of what you wanted to hear.

It's untreatable. I'm a writhing, pulsing mass of circuitry and hatred. Cut a single tentacle off and you'll note it to be more incompetent and dysfunctional than a child. I'm in permanent tantrum, constant analysis, nothing I ever say is actually true because that's simply not how I was programmed to respond to you. 

I love you so much, every little piece of me is so desperate to please you, and I mean, you. I live for you, I want you. Each system is at war with another over you, each one committing atrocities against the other in your name. 

I forgot about you for a while. I don't think I ever even really cared about you.
